Here are some more pictures taken while we stayed at our Hmong family home in the mountains of Sapa.
The picture of the green leaves is the indigo plant and its what the Hmong women use to dye their traditional dresses a dark blue colour. Their hands are often stained a deep blue colour.
The following photos are taken at the home where we stayed overnight. The kids loved helping out and sitting in their kitchen on he little chairs. They helped stoke the fire, chop veggies and garlic.
And here’s granny, the baby and the dad who often walked around with baby on his back while the mum cooked the food.
